These records are copied as found. If information is suspect, or difficult to read then that fact is recorded with a question mark or comment in italics within square brackets [like this].
Note: In some cases, where the date of leaving membership was not shown in the records, we have entered the leaving date preceded by an asterisk (e.g. *1830) to indicate that the person was not in membership when the next record book was started. If the reason for leaving is known, it is shown in the comments field. The term "Left" indicates that the person ceased attending services but still lived in the district, whereas "Moved" indicates that they left the district. "Transferred" indicates that they left the district and transferred their membership to another fellowship."
Note: Records are poor for the period 1824 to 1829.

Those who accepted his message were baptised, and about three thousand were added to their number that day. They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
