Who We Are

Woodbridge Quay Church was formed when Quay United Reformed Church merged with Beaumont Baptist Church. We are members of the Baptist Union of Great Britain, and the Evangelical Alliance.

We meet for contemporary worship every Sunday morning at 10:30am. You can learn about what to expect at our services and see a list of sermon titles on our Services page.

Our Co-Ministers

One of our ministers is Rev. Mark Hardingham BD(Hons). Mark is married to Janet and they have two adult children, Chaz and Katie. Mark trained at Spurgeon's College, London. Prior to that he worked for one of the UK's leading banks. Mark has been our minister since 2005.

Meetings

We have House Groups for sharing fellowship with a few others in a comfortable situation. There are both daytime and evening groups. Our Parent and Toddler group is called Skipper's Nippers and meets weekly in term-time. Men's and Ladies' groups meet for breakfasts and, occasionally, other events. Our Co-Ministers

Our other minister is Rev. Doug Waller. Doug is married to Charlie and they have two young children, Rosie, 4, and Bethany who is 2. Doug trained at Spurgeon's College, London. Prior to that he worked as a teacher of Religious Studies and Philosophy in a secondary school. Doug became our minister in Sept 2016.

The Alpha Course

On Wednesday Nights at 7pm from 10th January 2018 we are holding the Alpha Course. This is for anyone who is searching for answers to life's big questions. Join us for food, film and discussion, with talks designed to encourage conversation and to explore the basics of the Christian faith in a friendly, open and informal environment. Prayer and Praise Evening

Please join us in the sanctuary on Thursday 25th Jan for a time of praise. 7:30 for coffee, 8:00 for worship.

Coffee @ Quay

The church will be open for all to drop in for coffee and cake on Saturday 27th January between 10:00am and 12:00noon. There will be toys for the little ones.

Family Connect

The next Family Connect event is Drive-In Movie when you can watch a film sitting in a car you have just made. A fun event for children and their parents. It is on Sat 10th February between 3:00pm and 4:30pm.
