Who We Are

Woodbridge Quay Church was formed when Quay United Reformed Church merged with Beaumont Baptist Church. We are members of the Baptist Union of Great Britain, and the Evangelical Alliance.

We meet for contemporary worship every Sunday morning at 10:45am and for Breakfast Church at 9:00am on the third Sunday of each month. You can learn about what to expect at our services and see a list of sermon titles on our Services page.

Our Lead Pastor

Our Lead Pastor is Rev. Doug Waller. Doug is married to Charlie and they have three young children, Rosie, 5, Bethany, 3 and Martha who is 1. Doug trained at Spurgeon's College, London. Prior to that he worked as a teacher of Religious Studies and Philosophy in a secondary school. Doug became our minister in Sept 2016.

Our gathered meetings have now ceased - everything that the church has planned for the foreseeable future is now on hold.

This includes, but is not restricted to - Sunday Services, Alpha Course, Coffee @ Quay, Family Connect, Little Hands, OARs events, Origin Youth Club, Quay Time, Quay Women, working parties and social events.

Our Families Pastor

Our Families Pastor is Guy Mansell. Guy is married to Carly, and they have 3 children, Lucie, 8, Jude, 6 and Jenson, 1, and also Hunter the Dog. Guy studied for 3 years at Moorlands Bible College. Prior to this Guy worked for 02. He is a keen sportsman, loves the outdoors and supporting the Tractor boys (ITFC). Guy became our Families Pastor in July 2020.
